The entertainment format
Ludo Hearth provides offline themed event entertainment. Casino-style tables use play chips or points with no cash value. No real money is staked. No cash or real-world-value prize is awarded based on casino-style play, and chips or points cannot be exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or other value.
We do not provide an online casino or betting service. There is no wallet, gambling account or online playing facility on this website. The service is event organisation and hosted entertainment.
Our adult-event policy
Our service is for people aged 20 and over as a business policy for adult-themed, non-gambling events. The organiser must communicate this condition to guests and plan the guest list accordingly. Please discuss how the venue will manage entry before confirming an event.
New Zealand licensed casino gambling areas also have a 20+ legal entry rule. That is a separate rule for licensed gambling areas; it is not the legal basis we claim for this themed entertainment service. Ludo Hearth does not present these events as licensed casino gambling.
Hosts and participation
Hosts explain the table format and guide the activities. Guests can ask questions before joining and can choose to watch or leave an activity. We plan the table area alongside seating and other parts of the occasion so participation does not need to occupy the whole evening.
Tell us about access and participation needs before the programme is confirmed. We will discuss practical adjustments with the organiser and venue, such as seating, the pace of explanations and the room layout.
Venue and other event activities
Venue-specific age, access, conduct and alcohol-service rules may also apply. Where alcohol is supplied, it must be managed under the appropriate venue, caterer or other applicable licensing arrangement. The event brief does not imply that Ludo Hearth is the alcohol licensee.
A company may present professional achievement awards, or a charity may arrange a separate auction. Those activities must remain separate from casino-style table play and be planned under their own appropriate arrangements. Discuss the full programme with us before making invitations or promotional claims.
