Gala dinners
Formal table settings, room lighting and a branded backdrop create a setting for a company dinner. We plan the welcome, courses, speeches and entertainment as one running order, with pauses for service and conversation.
Dinners, awards, team programmes and company celebrations. We connect the stage, the room and the running order so the event serves the reason you brought everyone together.
Adults 20+ under our business policy.

A team celebration, a client evening and a product launch ask different things of an event. Tell us who is attending, what they need to see or hear and where you want the focus to be.
We turn the brief into a programme and a defined production scope. The written proposal identifies the agreed equipment, styling, event personnel and venue coordination, with separate allowances for additions that may change the budget.
If your company already has a venue, caterer or communications team, we work around those responsibilities. We ask who approves artwork, who signs off the running order and who can make decisions on the day.
Guests should be able to follow the event without repeatedly checking what happens next. We plan the welcome, transitions and announcements alongside the entertainment and physical layout.
That might mean a clear view of an awards stage, a place to meet colleagues after a conference or time for teams to compare ideas during a challenge. The programme grows from those practical needs.
Choose the production elements that support the main moment. Larger staging, specialist equipment and custom fabrication are always scoped separately.
Formal table settings, room lighting and a branded backdrop create a setting for a company dinner. We plan the welcome, courses, speeches and entertainment as one running order, with pauses for service and conversation.
Stage presentation, a trophy display, screen content and an entrance feature can frame the recognitions. Names, pronunciation, presentation order and cue timings are checked with your team before the event.
Branded installations, product display zones and screens put the new product in view. We discuss how guests will arrive, where the presentation takes place and how the space changes for discussion afterwards.
Lounge areas, stage entertainment and company branding create a change of pace after the final session. The plan accounts for room turnover, arrivals from the conference and the time needed for people to settle in.
Interactive programmes give colleagues a task to share. We agree the type of participation, the pace and the practical needs of the group before choosing a format.
General-knowledge rounds, company trivia, digital scoreboards and a host can bring a room into the same activity. A game-show format adds buzzers, podiums or screens where the scope calls for them.
We can build shorter rounds around a dinner or make the activity a separate session. Your team supplies and approves company facts, names or images used in tailored questions.
Problem-solving tasks, clue stations and team zones let smaller groups work together. The programme can emphasise discussion, observation or a physical activity suited to the venue and guests.
For sports, carnival or festival-inspired company days, we can plan several areas with clear introductions and a shared finish. All programmes offered through this service follow the adult-event policy.
The event can be formal, social or built around a specific company message. We select the room treatment and activities to fit that purpose.
We discuss what guests need to recognise, where it needs to appear and how it will be produced.
Share the brand guide, logo files and any campaign assets you want to use. We agree which items require your approval, the person responsible for sign-off and the deadline needed for production.
A welcome sign, backdrop and stage screen can carry a consistent identity. Custom fabrication, display installations and major LED walls have different costs and lead times from printed signage.
For a formal programme, your running order needs more than start times. We agree who is speaking, when a screen changes, when guests move and which person gives each cue.
We can coordinate the agreed technical roles with your venue or other suppliers. A technician, MC and event coordinator are distinct responsibilities, and the proposal identifies which are included.
Send your date, venue and brief. We can help identify the production needed and the decisions your team needs to make.
Discuss the company briefYes. Let us know the parts already covered and the tasks you want us to take on. We can agree a defined scope for styling, hosted entertainment, technical production or event coordination.
We can discuss the type of space the programme needs and the information to gather from potential venues. Any venue sourcing or coordination service is named in the proposal; venue hire is a separate cost unless expressly included.
Yes. You provide and approve the relevant facts and material. We agree the number of tailored rounds and the deadline for final content. Avoid sending personal information about colleagues unless you have a proper basis to share it.
We can discuss seated tasks, smaller groups, observation roles and breaks. Share access and participation needs early so the format can be reviewed before equipment and staffing are confirmed.
We agree this in the scope. A trophy display does not automatically include purchasing trophies, and a screen does not include creating every presentation. Your proposal identifies equipment, content preparation and operator responsibilities.
Events can be arranged around New Zealand. Availability, freight, travel, accommodation and supplier requirements depend on the location and date and are confirmed in the written proposal.
Our gala and presentation production guide describes a small starting scope. Team programmes, styling and table entertainment have separate price groups so you can compare the relevant elements.
Let us know the occasion, audience and any part of the programme that needs particular attention.
If the venue or date is still open, tell us what you have in mind. A guest estimate and a description of the evening are enough to start a conversation.
